By the time I got to college, it was full-on Napster hysteria, and AOL Instant messenger was the best way to stay connected with friends. I’d start downloads on my Mac version of Napster right before bed, and by the time I woke up in the morning I would have 3 new CDs and 2 full length movies to watch. If I wanted to meet my friends in the cafeteria, I’d IM them and hop on the elevator. I was getting increasingly tech-savvy, but I still remained involved in real life.
